The Moose is a chocolate and desert bar. The space
provides a family seating area with a cosy fireplace, and
a more secluded cocktail lounge. The suspended copper
lights and authentic wine barrel bar provide the focal
point to the space. The original roof beams have been
exposed and the new services carefully integrated into
the ceiling void.
