Located on Buderim’s iconic Burnett Street, a vibrant mix of heritage and contemporary architecture, 52 Burnett Street is a standout feature in this bustling, tree-lined hub of boutiques and eateries. Originally built in the early 1990s, the building had been vacant for years before we saw the opportunity to make it our new Sunshine Coast headquarters.

Renovating the building came with its share of challenges in compliance, planning, and design, but we embraced a thoughtful approach. With a commitment to preserving the street's historic charm, we implemented strategic enhancements, including a new street-facing awning, finishes that complement the local aesthetic, lush greenery, and a refreshed façade. These updates blend seamlessly with Burnett Street’s village-like character, especially given its proximity to the heritage-listed Buderim Post Office.

The revitalized 52 Burnett Street now represents a balance of modern functionality and historical context, enriching both the community and the streetscape.
