Toowoomba’s Iconic “Skate City” Building was transformed into the YellowBridge Headquarters, comprising of flexible function spaces, communal kitchen, outdoor dining space, wellness rooms, open plan offices and a disability support services workshop. The interiors were inspired by the Yellow Bridge philosophy of community connection and wellness. Custom made “Streetlights” and a local graffiti artist was commissioned to create a neighbourhood aesthetic, furthermore, the internal layouts were designed to encourage impromptu meetings and facilitate places of gathering.
