About the Role:

A Toowoomba or Sunshine Coast based role for an Experienced Architect/ Architectural Graduate will include Principal Consultancy (PC) services and is considered vital to the efficient and effective delivery of projects across the broader team. Our practice was first established in 1994 and is built on relationships. An opportunity exists to play a part as a PC, pivotal in assisting our Clients to deliver their projects within their pre-defined benchmarks. Typical project involvement would include coordination of the full suite of supporting professional disciplines, transitioning into construction phase guidance, and assistance to ensure original intent is seamlessly delivered.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Solid technical knowledge of building construction and documentation/detailing.
  • Attitude: We are looking for a positive team-orientated person who has the courage of their convictions to deliver the required outcomes.
  • Skillset: Clients liaison, Design, Documentation, and Management of architectural project team and projects ($500k - $20M) from Concept Stage through to completion of construction. Proficient Revit software competency essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Architect / Architectural Graduate operating in a Principal Consultancy Role.
