This renovation of an existing holiday home comprises a three bedroom extension to the main residence as well as a gym and utility store below. In addition the original kitchen was redesigned to suit the upgraded amenity. The brief was to increase sleeping capacity to attract the lucrative holiday letting and wedding venue market of Hamilton Island. New finishes throughout include natural stone tiles and timber, cobble stones to driveway and a new standing seam roof.
